Cherry Orchard Apps, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates CleanHero, Ravioli, our websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, how we use it, when we disclose it, and the choices available to you. The information processed depends on the app, features, permissions, and settings you use. Not every category described below applies to every Service.

Information You Provide
Depending on the Service you use, you may provide account information, such as your email address, name, sign-in information, and preferences, where account features are available.
In Ravioli, you may provide recipe links, notes, tags, collections, and other content you choose to save or submit.
In CleanHero, you may provide optional onboarding answers, including your age range, gender, cleaning habits, and the type of content you want to organize. These answers may be associated with your app-generated profile and used for personalization, analytics, and evaluating product features.
When you contact support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or other information you choose to provide.
We also process your privacy preferences and consent choices.
CleanHero does not require an account for its photo-cleaning features. However, app-generated identifiers may associate activity and subscription information with the same installation or user profile.
Photo and Video Access in CleanHero
CleanHero requests access to your photo library so you can browse, organize, review, and delete photos and videos.
Depending on the permission you grant, CleanHero may access media content and associated information, including media type, creation date, dimensions, duration, file size, album membership, asset identifiers, and location metadata attached to media.
CleanHero uses Apple’s Photos APIs to access your library. Library organization and supported image analysis take place on your device. Granting photo access does not upload a copy of your photo or video library to our servers.
CleanHero does not include your photo or video content in the analytics events or advertising requests it sends to analytics or advertising providers.
Some related activities involve external services. If media is stored in iCloud Photos, Apple’s Photos services may download it to your device so CleanHero can display or play it.
To organize geotagged media by place, CleanHero may send coordinates derived from photo metadata to Apple’s geocoding service to obtain a city or place name. This feature uses location information associated with media and does not require continuous tracking of your device’s current location.
Usage analytics may include information about collections you open, such as collection names, identifiers, types, and item counts. This information may reveal an album name, date grouping, or location-derived grouping.
CleanHero processes deletion requests through Apple’s Photos system in response to your actions and subject to the system’s authorization and confirmation controls. If you use iCloud Photos, changes may synchronize through Apple’s services.
You can limit or revoke photo access in your device settings. Features requiring that access may become limited or unavailable.
Recipe Content in Ravioli
When you use Ravioli’s recipe-saving and organization features, we may process saved links, associated recipe information and images, notes, tags, and collections.
We use this information to provide requested features, including saving, displaying, organizing, and synchronizing content where available.
Third-party websites linked through the Services have their own privacy practices. This Privacy Policy does not govern those websites.
Device, Usage, and Diagnostic Information
We and our providers may process device type, operating system, app version, language, technical settings, IP address, and approximate location inferred from the IP address.
We may process app-generated, installation, device, and provider identifiers, together with information about app launches, screens viewed, feature interactions, sessions, onboarding responses, and experiment assignments.
We may also process permission status, privacy preferences, subscription status, purchase attempts, and purchase outcomes.
In CleanHero, usage records may include library and collection counts, collection information, cleaning actions, deletion counts, and estimated storage recovered.
Diagnostic records may include crash reports, errors, performance information, and technical information needed to investigate failures.
Where advertising is enabled, records may include advertising impressions, clicks, loading failures, and associated revenue measurements.
These records may be associated with persistent identifiers. Information is not necessarily anonymous merely because it does not include your name or email address.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide, operate, and maintain the Services; display and organize content you choose to access or save; provide photo review and cleanup features; and remember preferences and progress.
We use purchase information to validate transactions, manage subscriptions, and determine access to paid features.
We use technical and usage information to understand product use, evaluate experiments, improve features, diagnose errors, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and protect security.
Where advertising is enabled, we use relevant information to deliver and measure advertisements, apply privacy choices, and prevent advertising fraud.
We also use information to respond to support requests, send service communications and permitted marketing communications, meet legal obligations, and protect our rights and users.
We do not use the contents of your CleanHero photo or video library to select advertisements.
Analytics and Service Providers
We use third-party providers for specific functions.
CleanHero uses Mixpanel for product analytics, onboarding responses, user properties, experiments, and usage measurements.
CleanHero uses Google Firebase for remote configuration, experiment-related functionality, installation-related services, and crash diagnostics.
CleanHero uses RevenueCat for subscription management, purchase validation, entitlement information, and subscription analytics.
CleanHero uses Apple’s services for photo-library access, iCloud-related media access, geocoding, and App Store purchases.
Where advertising is enabled, CleanHero uses Google AdMob for advertising and measurement, and Google’s User Messaging Platform for applicable consent and privacy choices.
We may associate identifiers across providers to reconcile subscription and product-usage information. For example, a RevenueCat customer identifier may be associated with a Mixpanel profile identifier.
Other providers may support hosting, website operation, email, customer support, and payment processing across our Services.
Providers receive information relevant to their functions. Their processing is governed by applicable agreements and privacy policies. Some providers also process information independently for purposes described in their own policies.
Advertising and Privacy Choices
Where advertising is enabled, we may use Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, device or app identifiers, advertising interactions, and diagnostic and performance information.
They may use this information to deliver and measure advertisements, prevent fraud, and improve their services. The availability of advertising identifiers depends on device permissions and platform restrictions.

Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized depending on the region, applicable requirements, privacy choices, and configuration. Non-personalized advertising may still involve processing information for delivery, measurement, security, or fraud prevention.
Where required, we present privacy messages, request consent, or provide opt-out choices. CleanHero uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to manage applicable advertising choices.
When available, you can review or change these choices through Privacy Choices in CleanHero’s Settings. Changing advertising consent does not necessarily stop all processing, such as information needed for security, fraud prevention, or advertising delivery.

Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our websites and providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, web beacons, IP addresses, and similar technologies for essential functions, analytics, and advertising where enabled.
Third parties may place or read cookies or use similar technologies when providing website or advertising services.
Where required, we request consent before using non-essential technologies. You can manage applicable choices through available website controls and browser settings. Disabling some technologies may affect website functionality.
Purchases and Payments
Purchases may be processed by Apple’s App Store, Google Play, or a web payment provider such as Stripe, depending on the Service and purchase method.
We and subscription-management providers may receive transaction identifiers, product information, receipts or purchase tokens, subscription status, renewal or expiration information, and related purchase records.
We do not receive or store your full payment-card number from App Store or Google Play purchases. Payment providers handle payment credentials under their own privacy policies.
Deleting an app or submitting a privacy request does not automatically cancel a subscription. Manage subscriptions through the store or provider used to purchase them.
Disclosure of Information
We may disclose information to providers supporting the functions described in this Privacy Policy, to advertising and measurement partners where advertising is enabled, and to platforms needed to perform features you use.
We may disclose information when you request it or provide applicable consent.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid governmental request; protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, business, or others; or investigate fraud and abuse.
Information may be disclosed in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable protections.
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising disclosures may nevertheless qualify as a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for “targeted advertising” under applicable US state privacy laws. Where applicable, you may opt out through available privacy controls or by contacting us.
Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, including in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, we rely on the basis appropriate to the activity.
We rely on performance of a contract to provide requested features, purchases, and support.
We may rely on legitimate interests to maintain security, diagnose problems, improve the Services, and administer our business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
We rely on consent where required, including for certain advertising, tracking technologies, and marketing.
We process information when necessary to meet applicable legal obligations.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal.
Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
Retention depends on the information, feature, continued use of the Services, support needs, security requirements, and legal obligations.
Purchase records may be retained for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. Backup copies may remain until overwritten through normal backup processes.
CleanHero’s photo-library contents remain under the control of your device and Apple’s photo services. Retention of analytics and support records is separate from retention of media in your photo library.
You can request deletion of personal information we hold by contacting support@eat-ravioli.app. Removing an app does not automatically delete information previously received by us or our providers.
Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including to complete transactions, resolve disputes, protect security, or meet legal obligations.
Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You can manage photo-library and notification permissions in your device settings.
You can use available in-app privacy controls to review advertising preferences and manage applicable tracking permissions through your device’s privacy settings.
You can manage website cookies through available website controls and browser settings, unsubscribe from marketing emails through the provided unsubscribe mechanism, and contact us for help with your information.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.
Residents of applicable US states may exercise privacy rights without unlawful discrimination. Where provided by law, you may use an authorized agent and appeal a decision about a privacy request by contacting us.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, an agent’s authority, and which records relate to you. For Services without a login, we may need an app or provider identifier to locate relevant records. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents.
You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
International Processing
We are based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those in your location.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use appropriate transfer arrangements, which may include contractual safeguards or other legally recognized mechanisms.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 16.
If you believe a child under 16 has provided personal information to us, contact support@eat-ravioli.app so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our Services, providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date when we do so.
Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before applying material changes.
